Mr. Shirish Takalkar, a Civil Engineer founded Aryan Associate in 1988 which is the core company of Aaryan Group Alliance. He has associated and worked closely with various government and private institutions since past 30 years to bring biogas energy into limelight with constant research and development. He has also ventured 3 years into Britain and Germany to detail the waste management practice adopted by them and to incorporate it in the Indian biogas technology and waste management system.

He has provided unparallel consultancy in biogas energy and waste management and has associated with various corporate in India and Mauritius.

Mr. Subhash Takalkar is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a dynamic leader, served as Chief Engineer in Gujarat Electricity Board later to be known as Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Company(GETCO) for more than 30 years. He is Managing Director of Takalkar Power Engineers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd.(TPEC) and heading a team of 30 engineers, dedicated in providing consultancy and designing of Substation and Transmission lines. His engineering and designing skills have been recognized nationally and internationally. He is also a vice chairman of Society of Power Engineers an apex body for technological upliftment of power sector and engineer's forum.

His interest in the field of Bio Energy developed since past 8 years and has tirelessly worked on research and development of designs and engineering of various types of biogas plants for maximum performance and durability. As part of his hobby and interest, he has also conducted several seminars, lectures and presentations on biogas to inspire young minds in various reputed educational institutions.

Mr. Shubhank Takalkar is a graduate in business administration and commerce. Possessing expertise in microbiology related to agricultural organic formulation. He joined the family business at a young age and set up another wing of Aryan Group. Some of the projects executed by him gained recognition nationally and internationally which are also one of its kind. Organic Fertilizer developed under him was launched by Shri. Narendra Modi in 2013. He possesses experience of more than 8 years in the field of biogas waste-to- energy projects.

He has participated in several Entrepreneur Leadership Programs an inspiration for Startup India and has traveled widely nationally and internationally to understand holistic requirement in the field of Waste –to– Energy. He has incorporated company with a vision to provide combined solutions from waste management to organic farming from rural to urban India and constantly taking up challenges to use waste as a fuel.

Mrs. Mansi Takalkar is a Chartered Accountant, heading as financial advisor and consultant. She is possessing experience of more than 6 years in Indirect Tax Management. She has worked with Power giants like L&T Power and has served as Assistant Manager, F&A. Her talents has been recognized by many institutions like The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
