We manufacture and supply PSA technology based Biogas Enrichment Plants which remove impurities of Hydrogen Sulfide, Carbon Dioxide and Moisture as present in raw biogas.

Biogas typically refers to a mixture of different gases which are scrubbed to obtain methane, this gas is used as fuel for generating power in the gas based engines.

Biogas post purification can be used for cooking purposes on a domestic and industrial level as a replacement to LPG. As this gas is cheaper, it is a better substitute of LPG.

Biogas storage units consists of various types from membrane balloons, vulcanized rubber balloons, PVC coated balloons, etc. we provide solutions for storage of gas depending upon the size and gas generation of the project.

Biogas cosists various impurities like CO2, mositure, H2S, etc. to recover pure methane, all the other gasses needs to be removed. This system enhances methane for usage in various thermal applications in compressed and non compressed usage.

Gas pressure regulators have become very familiar items over the years, and nearly everyone has grown accustomed to seeing them in factories, public buildings, by the roadside, and even in their own homes. This device keeps a track of usage of the fuel.

As part of the waste – to – Energy project, the end by-product of the process is organic fertilizer in liquid and powdered form. This mixture of various organic compound is rich in various microbes and nutrition essential for farming. Usage of this product in the farms, yields a good quality and quantitative crop uptake.

This is a highly effective and efficient device which separates solids from the liquid bio slurry generated post digestion in the bio digestion process. This machine produces very valueable resources liquid leachet and powedered bio fertilizer, which can be directly used for farming. Liquid leachet can be recycled in the bio digestion process which increases gas production or can be used as a liquid bio fertilizer in the farms.

We provide customized waste crushing machines and mixtures depending upon the type of waste and feed available in the premise. Our machines are equipped with technology complying with IS and based in SS 304 for hassel free shredding of waste and durability which is also compact in size.
